The most common causes for a Red Book valuation to be requested are for probate submissions following the death of the owner of agricultural or residential property, for capital gains tax planning/HMRC submissions, SIPPs appraisal/review or for secured lending.

We can also provide market appraisals when a full Red Book valuation is not required, for example if you are hoping to buy or sell a property, perhaps off market, and would like a third party to give you a professional opinion before you proceed.
